We’re not like many other tech firms. We weren’t founded by tech bros in Silicon Valley. We were founded by two women, then in their twenties and working as consultants, who had seen the challenges facing boards first-hand.
We were in the boardroom long before we were in technology, and that's our superpower. Our clients love our products and services because they've been built by people who understand what they need — and who care deeply about delivering it for them.
We’re growing… in the right way
We’re a global team of over 150 people based out of offices in London, Stockholm, and Mauritius. We've grown fast, but we’ve done so with care — creating an environment that's diverse, innovative, and entrepreneurial.
We celebrate success, are candid about what is (and isn’t) going well, support each other, and have fun alongside our work — within and outside of working hours. Many of us have families, commitments, and passions outside of work, so we know the value of a supportive company that looks after its team.
