About the author

Emer is an Associate Director at Board Intelligence, where she works with boards and leadership teams to unlock performance and embed cultural change in the business. Emer leads some of our largest engagements, working with a range of clients across various sectors.

Prior to joining Board Intelligence, Emer worked in Corporate Strategy at BT, working on strategic development planning and assessing growth opportunities. Before that, Emer worked as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, helping companies grow and conducting due diligence projects.

Emer holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, specialising in Strategy, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.
