Lawrence is the Head of Customer Success at Board Intelligence, the mission-led technology firm that helps transform boards and leadership teams into a powerful driver of performance and a force for good.

Lawrence began his career as a lawyer, training at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) and practising financial services and civil fraud litigation at the leading practice Peters & Peters, then at Barclays during the 2007 - 2009 Financial Crisis. With nearly a decade's experience at BI, he has worked across sales & account management and now leads the latter team. The first person from his family to go to University, and a passionate sports fan, he often writes about issues to do with social mobility and the business of sports.
