Lindsey is Head of Customer Experience at Board Intelligence, leading our high-performing support team to surprise and delight every client, in turn providing them with all they need to focus on the critical conversations required to drive performance in their own worlds.
Lindsey has held a number of different roles within the company over the last seven years; working with our Chief Executives to support their strategic direction of the company; setting up a new function within the customer team and developing processes to ensure gold-standard support for our clients. This follows a career in the charity and public sectors, most recently running a high profile MP’s office, with success throughout relying on building strong relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
