Please see below for details of planned changes to our Minute Writer sub-processor list above:
 
  • From May 2025 we will be using Planhat AB, a Swedish customer service and support tool. Our data will be hosted in Ireland, relying on adequacy as the transfer mechanism. Planhat will not have access to any client instance of the Board Intelligence platform or any documentation uploaded to it. Planhat is SOC 2 certified.
